My name is Wendy. I live in London, England. I am twelve years old. My birthday is on the 12th of May. I live with my mum and dad. I haven't got any sisters or brothers. I go to Hillside School. Hi Wendy! Yes, I’ve got a few good friends in my class. My best friend is Tom—we usually sit together in English and swap books after we finish our homework. I’m also close with Aisha and Leo; we team up for group projects and practice songs together for Music. At break we play table tennis, and on rainy days we just chat and trade silly riddles. If someone’s stuck on an assignment, we try to help each other out—Aisha explains tricky grammar to me, and I help Leo revise for science quizzes. It makes school feel a lot friendlier when you know you’ve got people you can count on.
