→ She doesn’t eat in the morning.
(Привычка/обычное действие → Present Simple.)

c) He often (help) Green Planet to clean the beach.
→ He often helps Green Planet to clean the beach.
(Слово often = регулярность → Present Simple.)

d) He (stand) on his head!
→ He’s standing on his head!
(Прямо сейчас/на фото в данный момент → Present Continuous.)

e) He often (surf) the net on it.
→ He often surfs the net on it.
(Привычка, often → Present Simple. Это и есть вариант для пропущенного пункта №4.)

f) It is my little sister. She (sing) in the shower.
