Visiting My Grandmother

Last weekend I visited my grandmother. She lives in a small house with a beautiful garden. I always feel happy when I come to her, because her home is warm and cosy.

My grandmother was very glad to see me. She cooked my favourite pancakes and made hot tea. We sat in the kitchen and talked about school, my friends and our family. Then I helped her water the flowers and clean the garden paths.

In the evening my grandmother told me interesting stories about her childhood. I like listening to her because she remembers many funny and kind moments. Before going to bed, we watched an old film together.

I enjoyed my visit very much. I love my grandmother, and I think that time spent with family is very important.
