Physical Education at Our School

Physical Education is an important subject at our school. We have PE lessons several times a week. During these lessons we run, jump, play different games and do exercises. It helps us become stronger, healthier and more active.

Our PE lessons usually take place in the gym or outside on the sports ground. We often play football, basketball, volleyball and other team games. I like these lessons because they are interesting and useful.

Physical Education teaches us to work in a team, follow rules and keep fit. I think every student should do sport, because sport gives us energy and good mood.
