Last month you took an active part in the TV quiz show “Around the World”. And you’ve won a prize — two tickets for a tour of Ukraine. Write a letter to your friend in which you:
invite him/her to join you
describe the means of travel and accommodations
describe two special places you are going to visit
give suggestions what he/she will need to take with him/her
Write a letter of at least 100 words. Do not write your own name, any dates, addresses or other personal information. Start your letter in an appropriate way.

Dear friend,

I have some great news. Last month I took part in the TV quiz show “Around the World” and won a prize: two tickets for a tour of Ukraine. I would really like you to join me, because travelling together will be much more interesting and fun.

We are going to travel mostly by train and coach, so we will be able to see different towns and landscapes on the way. The tour includes accommodation in comfortable hotels. We will have breakfast there, and during the day we can try local food in cafés.

Two special places I want to visit are Kyiv and Lviv. In Kyiv, we can see old churches, wide streets and the famous banks of the Dnipro River. In Lviv, I hope we will walk through the beautiful old city centre and visit its cosy squares.

Please take comfortable shoes, warm clothes, a raincoat, a small backpack and your camera. You may also need some snacks for the road.
