Working harder is not always the best way to get good results. If a student studies all night, he or she may feel tired and remember less information. Working smarter means making a plan, doing difficult tasks first, taking short breaks and avoiding distractions such as social media.

For example, it is better to study for forty minutes with full attention than to sit at the desk for three hours and constantly check your phone. A clear timetable helps students finish homework on time and still have time for hobbies, family and rest.

In my opinion, time management teaches us to be responsible. It helps us understand that time is valuable. People who manage their time well do not just work more; they work more effectively.
