Puss in Boots is a clever cat. His master is a poor young man, but the cat wants to help him. Puss asks for a pair of boots and goes to the king. He says that his master is a rich lord.

Then Puss tricks an ogre and takes his castle. The king thinks that the young man is noble and rich. In the end, the young man marries the princess, and Puss becomes happy too.
