Card 3
1. Can you tell us about your positive qualities?
I think I have quite a lot of positive qualities. First of all, I am a friendly, honest and reliable person. I always try to treat other people with respect and be polite to everyone. I am also kind-hearted and empathetic, so I can understand other people's feelings and support them when they have problems.
Another positive quality of mine is that I am responsible and hardworking. When I have a task to do, I try to do my best and never give up easily. I am quite patient and determined, especially when I want to achieve something important. I also consider myself a good listener because I enjoy communicating with people and giving them advice. Moreover, I am open-minded and willing to learn new things. I believe that these qualities help me build good relationships with other people and overcome difficulties in life.
2. What can you tell us about your negative qualities?
Of course, I also have some negative qualities that I would like to improve. For example, sometimes I can be too sensitive and take other people's words too personally. I tend to worry too much about different situations and sometimes overthink even small problems.
Another weakness of mine is that I can be a little impatient when things don't go according to plan. I also sometimes procrastinate and put off important tasks until the last minute, especially when I don't feel motivated. Besides, I can be quite shy when I meet new people, so it takes me some time to feel comfortable and start communicating freely.
Sometimes I am too self-critical because I want everything to be perfect. However, I understand that nobody is perfect and that making mistakes is a natural part of learning and personal development. I am trying to work on my weaknesses and become a better version of myself.
3. How have you changed over the last five years? (habits, personality, likes and dislikes)
I think I have changed a lot over the last five years, both physically and mentally. First of all, I have become more mature, independent and responsible. When I compare myself now with the person I was five years ago, I can see that my attitude towards life has changed significantly.
In the past, I was more shy and insecure. I often worried about what other people thought of me and was afraid of making mistakes. Now I am more confident and self-assured. I have learned to express my opinions, stand up for myself and make my own decisions. I have also become more patient and understanding.
My daily habits have changed as well. I try to manage my time better, plan my activities and pay more attention to my health. I understand the importance of getting enough sleep, eating healthy food and doing physical exercise. I also try to spend less time on social media and use my free time more productively.
My likes and dislikes have changed too. For example, I used to enjoy spending a lot of time doing nothing or simply scrolling through social networks. Nowadays, I prefer doing something useful, learning new skills, watching interesting films, listening to music and spending quality time with my family and friends. I have also started appreciating quiet evenings and relaxing activities more than noisy parties and crowded places.
In general, I believe that over the last five years I have become a more thoughtful, confident and emotionally mature person. I have learned to appreciate what I have and not take everything for granted.
4. What do you want to change now?
At the moment, there are several things I would like to change about myself. First of all, I want to become more disciplined and organized. I would like to stop procrastinating, manage my time more effectively and develop better daily habits. I understand that consistency and self-discipline are essential for achieving my goals.
Secondly, I want to become more confident and less afraid of making mistakes. I would like to improve my communication skills, express my thoughts more freely and feel comfortable speaking in public. I also want to stop comparing myself with other people because everyone has their own path in life.
Another thing I would like to change is my tendency to overthink. I want to worry less about things I cannot control and learn how to stay calm in stressful situations. I would also like to become more positive, patient and emotionally strong.
Finally, I want to focus more on my personal development, improve my knowledge of foreign languages, discover new interests and gain useful experience. I believe that changing yourself takes time and effort, but even small steps can lead to great results.
To sum up, I don't want to become a completely different person. I just want to improve my positive qualities, overcome my weaknesses and become the best version of myself.
