Parents are the first teachers in our lives. They teach us to speak, walk, be polite and help other people. They know us very well and always want the best for us.

Parents teach children important things by their own example. If parents are kind, honest and hardworking, children usually try to be the same. Parents can also give useful advice when a child has problems at school or with friends.

Of course, teachers at school give us knowledge about different subjects. But parents teach us how to be good people. They support us in difficult moments and are happy when we succeed. That is why I think parents are the best teachers.
