I think learning English is very important today. English helps people communicate with others from different countries. Many books, films, songs and websites are in English. If you know English, you can understand more information on the Internet. English is also useful for travelling. It can help you ask for directions, buy tickets and talk to people abroad. Learning English can make it easier to find a good job in the future. Many companies need workers who can speak English. English also helps students learn about other cultures. I think every student should try to learn English because it opens many doors in life.
