Правило: в пассиве Present Perfect используется have/has + been + V3 (Past Participle). Has — с he/she/it; have — с I/you/we/they и во множественном числе.

1. He has been arrested after a fight in a nightclub.
   (He → has; arrest → arrested.)

2. My son has been awarded the Medal of Courage.
   (My son = he → has; award → awarded.)

3. Your tea and biscuits have been served.
   (Подлежащее множественное — tea and biscuits → have; serve → served.)

4. Thousands of new cars have been manufactured this year.
   (Thousands of cars — множественное → have; manufacture → manufactured.)

5. Our flight has been delayed.
   (Flight = it → has; delay → delayed.)
