My favorite meal of the day is dinner. In the evening my family comes home, and we sit together at the table. We usually eat soup, potatoes, meat or fish, and a salad.

I like dinner because we can talk about our day. My mother asks me about school, and I tell her what happened in class. Sometimes we drink tea after dinner and eat cookies.

For me, dinner is not only food. It is a warm and quiet time with my family.
