The verb like can be followed by a noun, a gerund (verb + -ing), or an infinitive with to. Here are the correct versions of your sentences:

  • Do you like paint? — If you mean the activity, say Do you like painting? (gerund) or Do you like to paint? (infinitive). If you mean the substance, Do you like paint? is grammatically correct as a noun.
  • Do you like sing? — Incorrect. Correct: Do you like singing? or Do you like to sing?
  • Do you like to music? — Incorrect. Correct: Do you like music? (noun) or Do you like listening to music?
  • Do you like dance? — If you mean the activity, say Do you like dancing? or Do you like to dance? If you mean the noun (a social event), Do you like dance? is possible but less common; usually we say Do you like dances? or Do you like dancing?

In general, after like, use a gerund when you enjoy the activity in general, and an infinitive when you think it’s a good idea or a habit. Both are often interchangeable.
