It also encourages people to leave rubbish beside bins or dump it illegally, making our streets dirtier and less healthy.

Please investigate the effects of this decision, publish residents’ complaints, and ask the council to restore weekly collections. Pressure may persuade officials to reconsider this harmful policy.
