How often do you go to bed late?

I go to bed late fairly often, but it depends on my schedule. On busy days, especially when I have work or personal tasks that take longer than expected, I might stay up until midnight or even later. I usually end up going to bed late a few times a week.

However, I try not to make it a habit because I notice that I feel more tired and less productive the next day. When I have an important morning ahead, I make an effort to go to bed earlier and get enough sleep. On weekends, I’m more likely to stay up late because I have more free time and can relax without worrying about waking up early.
