Present Perfect Simple (have/has + V3) используется:

• Someone has broken the window.

• She has appeared in several movies.

• I have read the book.

Present Perfect Continuous (have/has been + V-ing)

• Have you been working hard lately?

• How long have you been learning French?

• I haven't been waiting long.

Важное правило: с указанием конкретного завершённого времени в прошлом (например, last night, yesterday, two days ago) используется Past Simple, а не Present Perfect.

• ❌ I have finished my homework last night.

• ✅ I finished my homework last night.
