Hi, my name is Mike. I had a good day today! I didn't go to school, because it's the weekend.
I looked up some information for my homework project. It's about technology in the 1980s. The gadgets then were really funny, because the computers were so big and slow, and had very little memory. The memory on my tablet is about 8 billion times bigger than computers then! Amazing!
After that, I watched some video clips of my favourite bands on YouTube. Then I uploaded some photos onto my Facebook page. I took some great ones of me and my friends in the park. Click on the link here if you want to check them out.
Anyway, in the afternoon Mum and Dad took us to the cinema. I thought that the film was OK, and Mum and Dad really liked it. Then we went for dinner in a nice restaurant in the city centre, which was great. I had a burger and fries. When we got home, I switched on the TV and watched a couple of game shows. Finally, I read one or two of my friends' blogs.
They're really great, and a good way to find out what's happening in their lives. I'm happy I don't live in the 1980s, though. I can't imagine life without my gadgets!
