Dear Grandma,

I hope you are well and happy. Our school year is going well, and I want to tell you about it. We have many interesting lessons this month. In literature class, we are reading stories about friendship and courage. In science, we did an experiment with plants and learned why they need light and water.

My friends and I also joined the school sports day. Our team did not win first place, but we played bravely and had fun. At home, I help my parents with dinner and keep my room tidy. I often remember your delicious pies and the stories you tell me.

Please write and tell me how your garden is growing. Are the roses blooming now? I miss you very much and hope we can visit you soon. Take care of yourself.
