Несколько замечаний

• В пассивном залоге на первое место ставится не тот, кто выполняет действие, а тот, над кем или над чем действие совершается.

• Слова by him, by her, by us, by the teacher можно иногда опускать, если исполнитель действия не так важен.

• В 4-м предложении правильнее сказать my mother, а не просто mother.

• В предложении 1 грамматически пассив возможен, но по смыслу в английском чаще сказали бы: He damaged his bicycle → His bicycle was damaged by him, потому что break с велосипедом звучит не очень естественно.

Если записать ответы коротко, то получится так:

1. His bicycle was broken by him.

2. A new book will be written by her.

3. His mistake will be forgiven by us.
