Dear Mr Smith, I am in a rock band and I am writing to find out about recording an album in your studio. I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions. Firstly, how much will it cost? I think we would need a day. Secondly, if we record our album at your studio, will you help us? My friends recommended your studio and liked the friendly and nice atmosphere. Lastly, our guitarist is going on holiday in July, so can you please suggest some dates in August or September? I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, James Black.
