My Health

I try to take care of my health every day. I eat fruit and vegetables because they are good for my body. I do not eat too much fast food. I drink enough water and try to sleep well. Sport is also important for me. I like walking and doing simple exercises. When I feel ill, I tell my parents and go to the doctor if it is necessary. I know that bad habits can hurt my health. I want to be strong, active and happy. That is why I think health is very important in my life.
